Newport News Mini Mart - strong arm robbery

Incident location: 13508 Warwick Blvd. 
Business: Jani-Mart

On Tuesday January 12, 2010 between 9:42 and 9:45 A.M. an unknown black male entered the Jani Mart located at 13508 Warwick Blvd. and asked the clerk for cigarettes. During the transaction the man followed the clerk behind the counter, pushed her, then open the cash register taking cash. The suspect also took  cigarettes and cigars. 

He fled the business in a vehicle, possibly a Honda, tan in color. The suspect is described as a black male approximately 5’10-6’0, 140- 160 pounds with brown eyes.
