WEST BANK, Israel - March 18, 2010 - Recent disagreements over Jewish construction in Jerusalem have led to a public feud this week between Israel and the Obama administration that has dominated World headlines.  And while both allies are quickly working to apply damage control, the root causes of this most recent dispute need to be explored, as do the implications on the future of U.S. relations in the Middle East, says Yishai Fleisher of Kumah, an Israeli organization located in the West Bank.
