The UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation announced that child medical grants are available to help families in need pay for their child’s health care treatments, services or equipment not covered or not fully covered by their commercial health insurance plan.
As a broadcaster, we know you are committed to informing your listeners about important issues. We ask that you broadcast the attached 30- or 60-second public service announcement audio file, or use the scripts below for your announcers to voice.
In this Public Service Announcement Campaign we are encouraging parents and legal guardians to apply for grants of up to $5,000 for child medical services and equipment by completing an online application at www.uhccf.org.
